Your Street.com launched on the 13th. Its community site covering San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Phoenix and New York. Users can share various types of information about locales, and even contribute to a market monitor that will attempt to reflect current conditions in a given area.
Better than Zillow? Accomplishing something for the consumer? Who knows. Its a bit of a moot point for us, because neither one deals with Canada yet.
Of course, the two constant questions apply: why another real estate site, and how will this one monetize?
